Easy to set up

Just got the Vulnerability Scanning Module last week. It was pretty straightforward to get going. Didn't have to fiddle with much, which was a relief. Felt good seeing it run without a hitch.

Smooth experience overall

I recently subscribed to their Penetration Testing as a Service. The ordering process on the website was clear and easy to navigate. Once everything was set up, the service itself worked as described. I had a quick question about one of the reports, and their support team responded within a few hours with a helpful answer. The quality of the reports was quite detailed, giving me a good understanding of our vulnerabilities. Delivery was, of course, digital, but the activation was swift. Overall, a positive experience, and I'd recommend it for businesses needing solid security services.

Solid service, few hiccups

I signed up for the Managed Detection and Response service a couple months back. The initial setup was mostly smooth, though I did have a small issue connecting one of our endpoints, which took a bit of back and forth with support to sort out. They were responsive, but it could have been clearer. Once it was running, the service itself has been really good; we've seen some good alerts that we wouldn't have caught otherwise. The value for the monthly fee seems reasonable compared to other options. I just wish the onboarding was a tiny bit smoother.

Good deal on DWSaaS

I was looking for some Dark Web Monitoring as a Service and CyberSuite had a pretty sweet discount for new customers when I signed up. Got a solid percentage off the first month which really helped. Felt like I got good value for what I paid. Definitely worth checking out if you're on a budget.

Thinking about getting the annual subscription for their core platform. Is it cheaper than doing month-to-month?

A Ashley Parker 3 days ago
Yep, almost always cheaper to go annual. They usually give a good percentage off for committing for the year.

Totally. I signed up for the annual plan and it was definitely a better deal than paying monthly. Plus, sometimes they have extra discounts on top of that for annual subs.

Anyone know if CyberSuite does black friday sales? I'm looking to get a few modules and hoping to snag a deal.

L Linda Wright 1 week ago
Oh yeah, they almost always have something for Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Keep an eye out around November.

They definitely do holiday specials. I got a pretty sweet discount on my annual plan during their last big sale, so I'd expect Black Friday to be good too.

how does CyberSuite compare to something like Rapid7 or Qualys for vulnerability scanning? is it worth switching?

A Amanda Mitchell 4 weeks ago
CyberSuite is more of a full suite, whereas Rapid7 and Qualys are super specialized in vuln management. If you need more than just scanning, CyberSuite might be better. But for just scanning, the others are very strong.

I'd say it depends on what else you need. CyberSuite integrates a lot of services, so if you want an all-in-one platform it's good. For just pure vulnerability scanning power, Rapid7 is pretty robust.

Thinking of trying out CyberSuite for our small business. do they have any free trials or anything to test the waters before committing?

Z Zach R. 2 weeks ago
Yeah, they definitely offer a free trial period. Pretty sure it's for their main platform, but check their site for the specifics.

I think they do, at least for some of their modules. It's a good way to get a feel for it before signing up for a full subscription. I used one for the dark web monitoring a while back.

what's their refund policy like? if I sign up for a service and it's not what I expected, how hard is it to cancel or get money back?

W William Perez 3 days ago
I haven't had to get a refund myself, but I've heard it's pretty straightforward if you're within their policy window. Just make sure to check their terms.

From what I remember reading, they have a clear refund policy. You'd probably want to check the specific terms for the service you're looking at, but generally, it seems fair if you cancel early enough. My friend had to cancel an unused module and it was fine.
